I also agree we need better than fear-driven swivel-eyed xenophobia, but I&#039;m not sure the EU will reform itself to the point that it is worth staying in it. All politicians will say that decisions should be taken at the lowest possible level. Almost all politicians will say the lowest possible level is the one at which they hold office and I have yet to notice the UKIP MEPs actually doing anything about moving powers back to the member states.

I note that the Labour Party are not interested in an English Parliament. I do not see how they can justify the devolution of further powers to Scotland without one.

It is true that there is no easy answer to &quot;The West Lothian Question&quot;. If there was one it would have been implemented by now. However, it is now time to find a hard answer.]]></description>
