I’d also find a “usual kit list” handy. What does he normally wear? Is there a lightning wand to hand, or just that Nirvork?

I was also going to ask about just what power he has as an administrator, as that will be the most probable context in which PCs will meet him, but that is actually defined by his “Good” connection.
