Agreed.

I find myself agreeing with Michael Grove on something.
This feels very wrong.

I do not like the way this referendum has been held to the migration issue.
There is a migration problem.
Our membership of the EU or not will not solve the migration problem.
The migration issues need dealing with at the source of the problems, but I have no idea how Syria or Afganistan can suddenly become countries where people want to live.

Compassion says we must accept more refugees.
Practicality asks where we get the housing, water, sewage works and all the rest of the support infrastructure from.

But nobody has talked about serious EU reform. One slanging match between Bob Geldorf and Nigel Farage, in which both parties were as right as they were wrong, is the only mention of fishing policy I've heard.

Reform of the CAP anyone? That has not been mentioned at all.
The way the carbon emission permits have been thrown about like confetti?
The carbon trading scheme could have worked, but it hasn't.
The EU could do so much good, but it doesn't.

I loath the way UKIP has been hammering on about migrants.
I loath the way Remain have been claiming WW3 will start if we leave.

And when a mother gets herself killed for doing something about making the country a better place, even though I do not agree with all Labour policy, then we are all in such great trouble I really don't see the way forward.
