		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m glad you mentioned some of the albums that ought to be in your Top 10 but didn&#039;t quite make it.  IQ (probably Dark Matter) and The Reasoning (Dark Angel) would definitely be in mine.  The problem with compiling Top 10s is that there are always more than ten items that absolutely, definitely, unquestionably deserve Top 10 status.  Being number 13 in a crowded field doesn&#039;t quite have the same ring to it.]]></description>
