Sledgehammer’s Mike Cooke was my form teacher for a term at school in Slough in 1981. Oddly he always denied he was “that” Mike Cooke. Even though he looked exactly like “that” Mike Cooke, was called Mike Cooke, and always wore a Sledgehammer lapel badge.
