An excellent review of the album. It’s my favourite of theirs, a whisker ahead of Satellite. I didn’t pre-order, and instead picked it up from HMV. It was nice to see it in stock there.

it arrived on Friday and after five plays it comes across as beautifully played and sung with plenty of good songs, especially later in to the CD. However it seems to lack a fewer real outstanding tracks, but it is always takes a month or so to fully appreciate a new album so will defer judgement until then.
