		<description><![CDATA[Hi Tim. Unfortunately, I think High Voltage is unlikely to ever return. It hasn&#039;t taken place for the last two years as it was &#039;cancelled&#039; in 2012 due to the Olympics. HRH Prog did indeed divide opinions, including mine and I was there! Yes it was freezing but all the bands I saw, to their credit, gave great shows. I think Chic Festivals quickly acknowledged that the risk taken on the venue hadn&#039;t paid off and I&#039;m sure you&#039;ll enjoy your trip to Wales. I&#039;ve got great sympathy with the organisers of the Cambridge Rock Festival. Whereas I thought the 2012 bill was stronger, plenty of people that I spoke to in 2013 were pleased with a return to a more traditional rock/blues orientated line up. I&#039;m not sure they can get a balance that&#039;s going to suit us all I&#039;m afraid.]]></description>
