I only knew it was Chris singing lead because I saw them play the song live before I’d heard the record; They didn’t ship the pre-orders for Heart Full of Sky until after the first few dates of the tour.

When I first heard it , I was convinced that it was Heather singing until reading the album notes. No idea how Chris can sing so high.

We did get an acoustic version Silver Glass at Trinity, but with Heather singing lead and Chris adding harmonies.

Sad to hear that Liam is leaving the band, like Andy a great player who doesn’t hog the limelight but always puts in 100 per cent and a very underrated player. Good luck for the future and it would be great to hear a new album sometime in future.

On a positive front it will be great to see Chris again a hugely talented writer and musician let’s hope he gets to perform silver glass again, I remember him performing it at York back in 2006 an awesome song
