Make it possible to sue the record company or whoever instructed the ISP to disconnect you for defamation of character, with punitive damages.   This means it will have to a simple, low cost process so that folk who are cut off when they didn&#039;t do anything wrong can get a vast amount of money in compensation.

Oh and under the innocent until proven guilty rules, the informant has to prove they were doing something wrong.   Producing a log of a file transfer won&#039;t do, they also need to prove it was the person they cut off who did it.]]></description>
