You may well be right; I having trouble remembering exactly what the layout was like before. Entering the venue though what will eventually become the fire exit is probably confusing.

I’ll be there on Saturday as well; hope PT manage to get a decent sound – the pre-refurbishment Academy 1 usually had good sound, but Within Temptation’s sound was pretty awful by comparison.

Er.

I passed this on to the Porcupine Tree Forum and was howled down (mainly by PMs, thankfully).

“The stage is in exactly the same place – the audience just entered from the side rather than the back!”

I’ll find out for myself at the weekend….
