		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m constantly surprised by what acts sound ahead of their time, or downright timeless. I heard Robert Haack&#039;s work for the first time the other day, and I was startled -- it was clearly a product of its time, but it sounded daring and bold even for today. But there are acts from the Eighties that sound hopelessly lost in time and space now, and probably did even then.

Vangelis (noting your last.fm list) is one of those artists who never ages for me, in big part I think because his music has strong roots in both classical and Greek folk music.]]></description>
