Maybe it needs more time; it took a long time for Touchstone’s “The City Sleeps” to really make sense.

It may not have Anne-Marie’s stunning vocals, but there’s inspired songwriting, impeccably performed, with melodies and harmonies that lodge in your mind like you’ve known them forever. And it’s a concept album!
