It&#039;s just that she has an image to maintain when standing in front of a load of shareholders who don&#039;t really know anything about IT development except that it is expensive and gets even more expensive when it goes wrong. They need to be reassured that the company does have its software development under control. Such reassurance does not have to be true or even logical, just convincing.]]></description>
