Metallica covering Stargazer on a Ronnie James Dio tribute album is a Thing That Should Not Be.  It should be avenged by Blackmores Night recording a hey-nonny-nonny version of Master of Puppets.

    Now, now, isn’t that a bit harsh? I wouldn’t wish Blackmore’s Night on my worst enemy…

    And can it really be any worse than the recent Dream Theater version?

    Can you imagine Lars attempting Cozy Powell’s intro to “Stargazer”? It would sound like a drunk robot falling down the stairs.
