This is a sample NPC I created on-the-fly for use in the ongoing play-by-post game in Dreamlyrics.com. I’d already established the character in an earlier scene – since he’s going to play a bigger role in the current scene, I thought I’d stat him up. He’s pure stat-block; there’s no back-story bar the overheard conversation in a previous thread.
With 20 skill levels arranged in a classic FATE pyramid, six aspects and three stunts, he’s below the power level of the PCs in the game.
